Commissioners lift county travel restrictions

COLFAX — Whitman County commissioners lifted all travel restrictions for county employees on Monday.

Employees were under essential travel-only rules for more than a year.

Commissioner Art Swannack explained the state is re-opening and county representatives are free to travel to conferences and other non-essential events.
