PALOUSE — Volunteers are being sought to help clean up Palouse.
“The extra hot summer and wind helped the weeds and grasses grow and the leaves accumulate. Here’s the plan. Pull weeds, weed whack grasses, and sweep up debris prior to our community celebration in September,” stated organizers Mary L Estes and Vickie Griner.
Future general cleanup work dates are Aug. 25, and Aug. 27-28. Starting times are 8 a.m. at the post office.
