POMEROY – Tekoa-Rosalia, Colton, and St. John-Endicott-LaCrosse (SJEL) cross country runners competed at the Pomeroy Invite on Sept. 22.
The varsity course was 3,000 meters.
SJEL took first place with a score of 18. They were the only eligible team.
Top runner for boys was Tanner Baerlocher from Colton with a time of 12:24.
Colton’s runners were 1st Tanner Baerlocher (12:24) and 9th Ryan Impson (14:39).
SJEL boys were 2nd Logan Marconi (12:28), 3rd Ryan Anderson (13:03), 6th Rory Maloney (13:53), 7th Matthew Logan (14:01), and 14th Tucker Thompson (18:46).
Tekoa-Rosalia fielded one boy runner, 15th Alexander Alonso (18:56).
There were four girl runners.
Colton’s Lola Baerlocher (13:42) took 1st place and teammate Eloise Clark (14:54) took 2nd.
Tekoa-Rosalia’s Brooklyn Newman (15:25) was in 3rd.
SJEL’s Halee Berg (23:02) took 4th.
