McMorris Rodgers denounces Democrats' breaching plan

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers, R-Wash., responded to Gov. Jay Inslee and Sen. Patty Murray's plan to assess the breaching of the Lower Snake River dams.
