6:59 a.m. – Sheriff’s office – A citizen was given a ride.

8:34 a.m. – Tekoa Care Center – A confused person called 9-1-1.

8:57 a.m. – Morley Road, Colfax – A deputy responded to a report of a suicidal person.

9:17 a.m. – Tekoa Care center – A deputy responded to a hang-up 9-1-1 call. There was no emergency.

11:18 a.m. – SR 27, Pullman – A deputy assisted a citizen.

5:04 p.m. – SR 23, St. John – A deputy responded to a hang-up 9-1-1 call.

5:58 p.m. – SR 195, Colfax – Joseph C. Klaus, 34, was booked for driving while license suspended.

6:27 p.m. – Albion Road, Pullman – A dead deer was found on the road.

9:51 p.m. – Whitman County Hospital – A deputy responded to a report of a patient assaulting staff.

Tuesday, Oct. 19

7:50 a.m. – Sunset road, St. John – A deputy assisted the coroner with a person who died.

9:49 a.m. – Green Hollow Road, Colfax – Cows were on the loose.

10:08 a.m. – Olson Road, Palouse – A deputy responded to a complaint of an abandoned vehicle. When the deputy arrived, it was gone.

11:21 a.m. – Alder Street, Tekoa – Steve Ingle, 41, of Tekoa, was arrested after a report of a domestic dispute.

12:12 p.m. – Pullman-Albion Road, Pullman – A vehicle prowl was reported.

12:13 p.m. – Klemgard Road, Pullman – A deputy responded to a report of a theft.

12.21 p.m. – Tennessee Street, Steptoe – A deputy took part in a public program.

1:42 p.m. – Howard Street, Tekoa – A deputy responded to a report of a domestic dispute.

2:58 p.m. – Union Avenue, Uniontown – Two dogs were running at large.

3:24 p.m. – Howard Street, Tekoa – A deputy responded to a report of a domestic dispute.

6:48 p.m. – Draper Brown Road, Garfield – A deputy assisted with an Adult Protective Services referral.

Wednesday, Oct. 20

8:30 a.m. – Undisclosed, Albion – A citizen requested a deputy contact the person.

10:00 a.m. – SR 127, LaCrosse – A deputy was asked to help locate a person, but the person was closer to Othello than LaCrosse.

12:07 p.m. – Jennings Elementary School, Colfax – A deputy conducted DARE.

2:09 p.m. – Dry Creek Road, Colfax – The sheriff’s office chaplain assisted EMTs with a person having trouble breathing. The person was taken to the hospital.

2:40 p.m. – Sheriff’s office – A deputy assisted in taking fingerprints.

3:18 p.m. – Pullman Airport Road, Pullman – A caller reported a person passing illegally.

5:07 p.m. – Winona South Road, LaCrosse – A deputy conducted a welfare-check.
