Holiday musical opens in Lewiston

LEWISTON, Idaho - The Lewiston Civic Theatre presenting The Winter Wonderettes for six shows in December.

The Winter Wonderettes is a follow up to the The Marvelous Wonderettes. The seasonal celebration finds the girls entertaining at the annual Harper's Hardware Holiday Happening. When Santa turns up missing, the girls use their talent and creative ingenuity to save the holiday party.

It features 1960s versions of holiday classics such as "Santa Claus Is Comin' to Town," "Jingle Bell Rock," "Run, Rudolph, Run," and "Winter Wonderland."

The Winter Wonderettes reunites the cast of Patricia Brinegar, Amanda Klempel, Jennifer Opdahl, and Gabi Segren.

"This energetic and glittering holiday package is guaranteed to delight audiences of all ages," stated a spokesperson. "You won't want to miss working this performance into your most wonderful time of year.

Performances are on Dec. 10-12, 17-19, starting at 7:30 p.m. except for the Dec. 12 and Dec. 19 shows, which start at 2 p.m.

All performances are in the Normal Hill Campus Auditorium at 1114 9th Ave, Lewiston, Idaho.
