Tekoa school investigation continues

TEKOA – A locker room event at the locker room of Tekoa High School is under investigation by the Whitman County Sheriff’s Office.

Facebook users are speculating about what occurred and little information is being released by the Whitman County Sheriff’s Office because everyone involved is a juvenile.

“There was not unlawful touching or anything construing a sexual assault,” said Sheriff Brett Myers. “It was locker room sixth-grade boys stuff.”

It is described as being closer to bullying.
