Emily E. Zakel was born Dec. 28, 2021, to Chris and Janette Zakel of Moscow, Idaho. She weighed 6 pounds, 4 ounces. Grandparents are Will and Sue Trottier, of Moscow, and Kelly and Claudia Flinn of Kimberly, Idaho, and Edie Flinn, of Moscow. She joins her sister and brother, Hailie, 12, and Lucas, 6.

Roselynn “Rose” Rain Anderson was born at 9:38 p.m. Jan. 6, 2022, to Tyler and Jasmine Anderson of Pullman. She weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces and was 21 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Tom Hollingshead of Hilo, Hawaii, and Charity Simkins pf Rosalia. Paternal grandparents are Travis and Rachell Anderson of Spokane.
