TEKOA - The St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse basketball teams split with Tekoa-Rosalia during a doubleheader Wednesday, Feb. 3.
The Eagles girls came away with a 44-26 win, while the boys fell to the Timberwolves, 60-48.
The girls jumped out to an early lead and took an 11-point margin to the locker room at halftime, 25-14.
The Eagles added to the spread in the third quarter, extending their lead to 38-21.
In the fourth quarter, with non-starters in the lineup, St. John-Endicott slowed the pace, posting only 6 more points, while holding the Timberwolves to just 5 for the final 44-26 margin.
