Colfax's Cai, Lustig play for 2B all-star teams

COLFAX — Local athletes played March 19 in their respective Senior All State basketball games in Seattle.

All athletes were nominated by and voted on by high school coaches.

Each game features 10 of the “best of the best” players from the state in their school size class.

Class 1B teams played 2B; 1A played 2A; and 3A played 4A.

Asher Cai of Colfax was the lone player from the area 2B classification to play. Cai scored 14 points in the game which saw the 2B girls out class the 1B girls, 92-35.
