Tingelstad, first-degree negligent driving, sentenced to 90 days in jail, 89 suspended; and a $500 fine, $43 criminal conviction fee, $600 supervised probation fee, $93.45 DUI Cost Recovery Fee. Fines are due before March 31, 2024; minimum monthly payments of $50 are required after June 1. Defendant may offset $500 in fines with community service at an equivalent rate of $14 per hour.
