Bill Munson of Colfax read the origin of taps at the Memorial Day ceremony Monday morning at the Colfax cemetery. Other VFW members in the background are John Mabe, Al Sommerfield, and Ed Sinkbeil. Members of the VFW posted 107 veterans' memorial flags at the cemetery as part of the Memorial observance.
