COLFAX — The following individuals were booked into the Whitman County Jail between May 25-30:

• Jessica Ann Vanveen, booked May 25 for failure to appear for a hearing and attempting to elude; held without bail.

• Melanie Rose Hopper, booked May 26 for driving under the influence and possession of a stolen vehicle. Held on a $2,500 bail.

• Victor Andrew Price, booked May 27 for Spokane County Distirct Court for failure to appear. Held on $1,500 bail.

• Robyn Alexandru Walters booked May 29 for assault, malicious mischief and tampering with physical evidence. Held without bail.

• Leslie Gallardo, booked May 29 for failure to obey a Walla Walla County Superior Court order; held without bail.

• Ethan Likoaka Tyau booked May 30 for second-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, and harassment-prev conviction or threats to kill-domestic violence.
