NOTICE OF HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Whitman County Commissioners have scheduled a hearing to consider proposed amendments to Whitman County Code 2.08—Board of Health. The proposed amendments are required by House Bill 1152—2021 legislative session which add 3 non-elected members to the board of health, specifies the selection process and all other required changes.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a public hearing for the purpose of adopting the proposed amendments to County Code 2.08 will be held Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. All hearings will take place in the Public Service Building Auditorium located at 310 N. Main, Colfax, Washington.
