COLFAX — Whitman County District Court reported the following dispositions:
• McKenzie Archer, first-degree negligent driving. Defendant is sentenced to 90 days of jail with 89 days suspended and a fine of $1,000 with $500 suspended. Defendant must pay fines of $500, criminal conviction fee of $43, supervised probation fee of $600, with the total fines of $1,143, payment of fines due by 6-30-24. Defendant shall make minimum payments of $50/month starting on 8-1-22. Defendant must have no criminal violations of law or alcohol-related infractions. Defendant must have supervised probation for 24 months and unsupervised probation for the last 12 months if all essential requirements have been completed. Defendant must obtain an expanded alcohol assessment from a Washington State approved agency. Defendant must attend DUI victim impact panel within 3 months, not use or possess any non-prescribed controlled substances or illegal drugs, use or possess alcohol or marijuana, submit to random alcohol/drug testing, not go into alcohol establishments, ordered not to drive with a >02 BAC or higher.
• Mason Warner, reckless driving. The defendant is sentenced to 364 days of jail with 319 days suspended, with a fine of $2,000 with $779 suspended. The defendant must serve a total of 45 days in jail with credit for 2 days served, unsuspended jail of 43 days may be converted to 43 days, electronic home monitoring may be done out-of-county at defendants expense. Defendant shall pay fines of $1,221, criminal conviction fee of $43, supervised probation fee of $600, with a total of $1,864, all payments of fines and costs due by June 30, 2024. The defendant must have no criminal violations of law or alcohol-related infractions. Defendant will have supervised probation for 24 months and unsupervised probation for the last 6 months if all essential requirements of the sentence have been completed. The defendant must obtain an expanded alcohol assessment and file a copy of the evaluation/assessment by 8/5/22. The Defendant must attend DUI victim impact panel within 3 months, not use or possess any non-prescribed controlled substances or illegal drugs, do not use or possess alcohol or marijuana, submit to random alcohol/drug testing, not go to alcohol establishments. Defendant’s privilege to drive in the state of Washington shall be suspended for 30 days.
• Justin Delea, first-degree negligent driving. The defendant is sentenced to 90 days of jail with 89 days suspended with a fine of $1,000 with $500 suspended. Defendant must serve a total of 1 day in jail. Defendant must pay fines of $500, criminal conviction fee of $43, supervised probation fee of $600, with the total of fines $1,143, payment of fines due by June 30, 2024. Defendant will have supervised probation for 24 months and unsupervised probation for 12 months, obtain a substance use disorder evaluation and an expanded alcohol assessment. Defendant must attend DUI victim panel within 3 months, not use of possess any non-prescribed controlled substances or illegal drugs, do not use or possess alcohol or marijuana, submit to random alcohol/drug testing, not go to alcohol establishments, not to drive with a .02 BAC or higher or any active THC in their system for the full length of probation.
• Javier Miron, driving under the influence. The defendant is sentenced to 364 days of jail with 636 days suspended with fines of $2,000, $100 suspended. Defendants must serve a total of 1 day in jail which may be converted into 15 days of electronic home monitoring. The defendant must pay fines of $1,000, criminal conviction fee $43, supervised probation fee of $600, with the total fines of $1,643 due by June 30, 2024. Defendant shall not drive a motor vehicle without valid driver’s license, insurance, no criminal violations of law, comply with the rules and requirements of the department of Licensing regarding the installation and use of a functioning ignition interlock device. Defendant must have supervised probation for 24 months and unsupervised probation for the last 12 months, must obtain an expanded alcohol assessment, attend DUI victim impact panel within 3 months, not use or possess non-prescribed controlled substances or illegal drugs. Defendants must submit to random drug and alcohol tests, their privilege to drive in the state of Washingtonshall be suspended for 90 days, order not to drive with a .02 BAC or higher.
