Oakesdale wins tournament

The Sundome tournament Friday in Yakima was won by the Oakesdale Nighthawks.

The Nighthawks competed against schools ranging from the 1B-1A levels – including Orcas Island, Riverview, Overlake, Zillah, College Place and Manson – who they defeated in the championship match. This tournament win makes three out of the last four tournaments that Oakesdale has won.

This tournament win adds to the 3-0 record that Oakesdale had going into the tournament, three wins in which the Nighthawks didn’t lose a single set.
