Ag workshop slated

COLFAX– Washington State University agriculture education students with the Washington FFA’s Evergreen Tour will be leading a workshop addressing the need for educators Friday, Oct. 7.

Nationally, there is a shortage of agriculture teachers — as many as 400 positions nationwide.

The Teach Ag Workshop is designed to raise awareness of professional and career opportunities, and recruit future agriculture teachers.
