Oct. 11
8:25 a.m.- Mill Street. Officer requested a case number for a civil call.
10:01 a.m.- Perkins Avenue. Officer responded to a report of a dog running loose.
4:47 p.m.- Mill Street. Officer requested a case number a sex offense.
5:51 p.m.- Main Street and Cooper Street. Officer requested a case number for DWLS.
Oct. 12
12:37 a.m.- Main Street. Officer requested a case number for a traffic violation.
9:17 a.m.- Lake Street. Officer responded to a civil call.
11:21 a.m.- Main Street. Officer responded to a welfare check.
12:36 p.m.- Main Street. Other law enforcement calls.
4:09 p.m.- Main Street and Golgotha Street. Officer responded to a non-injury accident.
7:25 p.m.- Colfax. Officer responded to a report of a male crouched behind a vehicle and he possibly heard gunshots.
Oct. 13
4:26 p.m.- SR 195 milepost 52. Officer responded to a report of a black Cadillac Escalade driving unsafe speeding and unsafe passing.
9:04 p.m.- SR 195 milepost 42. Law, Fire and EMS responded to a traffic accident without injuries.
