COLFAX - Two new businesses have opened on main street in Colfax. The Coco Bee, located at 103 South Main Street hosted a grand opening, and ribbon cutting Wednesday, Nov. 9. The Cellar, located at 116 North Main opened it's doors Thursday, Nov. 10.
Pullman native Coco Bee owner, Kylie Pietila is selling handmade beeswax candles, natural skincare products, and gifts.
It was hard for Pietila to put into words how much she appreciates the communities support, "We have felt really embraced by the town, and the community," she said, noting that it feels like the business has been downtown a long time already. "It has grown large, and a lot faster than we thought it would," she added.
The Coco Bee held it's first adult candle making class Tuesday, Nov. 14.
Pairings Fine Art and Wine owner, Kimberly DeHart was excited to open the doors to her new cross market wine shop The Cellar offering customers the chance to buy wines and cheese from all over the country and world.
DeHart's new shop offers Pairings Fine Art and Wine customers to purchase the wines that they tested at the wine shop.
