COLFAX – The Whitman County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls from Dec. 13 to Dec. 19:

Dec. 13

8:06 a.m.- Union Street, Colton. Deputy requested a case for a DARE presentation.

11:38 a.m.- SR 194, Pullman. Deputy responded to a burglary report.

11:55 a.m.- Sheriff’s Front Office un-registered a sex offender.

12:10 p.m.- Fallon Road and Viola Road, Palouse. Deputy took possession of a found wallet.

12:48 p.m.- North F Street, Albion. Deputy responded to a burglary report.

3:14 p.m.- North Mill Street, Colfax. Sheriff’s Front office registered a level 3 sex offender.

3:31 p.m.- Harrison Street, Colton. Deputy responded to a report of a suspicious subject in the area.

4:35 p.m.- Viola Road, Palouse. Deputy responded to a burglary report.

7:54 p.m.- US Highway 60, Kamiah, Idaho. Deputy responded to assist the Benewah County Sheriff’s Office.

Dec. 14

1:21 a.m.- South Crosby Street, Tekoa. The Sheriff’s Office responded to an abandoned 911 call.

3:33 a.m.- SR 194, Pullman. The Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of suspicious circumstances.

8:06 a.m.- Endicott St John Road and Gas Line Road, St. John. The Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a one vehicle injury accident.

8:25 a.m.- Endicott St. John Road and Stubbes Road, St. John. The Sheriff’s office responded to a report of a non-injury accident. The vehicle was gone upon deputy arrival.

9:10 a.m.- East 2nd Street, Rosalia. The Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a subject trespassing.

9:35 a.m.- Albion Road, Pullman. The Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a non-injury accident.

9:56 a.m.- South Main Street, Bank of Eastern Oregon, LaCrosse. The Sheriff’s Office received a report of a burglary alarm. It was determined to be a false alarm.

10:13 a.m.- South Star Avenue, LaCrosse. Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a possible suicidal juvenile.

10:43 a.m.- Dry Creek Road, Farmington. The Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of an injury accident.

12:29 p.m.- West California Street, Garfield Post office, Garfield. The Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a disorderly subject. The deputy was not able to locate the subject.

3:39 p.m.- Johnson Road and Weber Road, Pullman. Deputies received a report of a vehicle in the ditch.

5:34 p.m.- Almota Road, Colfax. Deputies received a case number for a call.

7:22 p.m.- SR 195, Huber Action Freight, Colfax. Deputies responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle.

8:36 p.m.- Southeast Latah Street, Pullman. Deputies responded to a report of a weapons offense. RP states roommate is pacing in the hallway with a gun.

8:46 p.m.- Klaus Road, Colfax. Deputies contacted a subject who wanted advice about a civil issue.

10:37 p.m.- Colfax. Deputies responded to a report of a traffic violation.

10:52 p.m.- Northeast Stadium, Taco Bell, Pullman. Deputies received a report of a subject in a red jeep stealing RP’s food.

Dec. 15

1:21 a.m.- Northeast Colorado Street, Pullman. Deputies assisted the Pullman PD with a disorderly subject.

8:31 a.m.- North F Street, Albion. Deputies received a report of a burglary.

10:00 a.m.- South Josephine Avenue, Rosalia High School, Rosalia. Depuy requested a case number for DARE.

1:00 p.m.- Winona South Road, LaCrosse. Deputy received a report of a suspicious subject walking up and down the road, the Deputy responded and was unable to locate the subject.

1:03 p.m.- North Broad Street, Tekoa. Deputy requested a case number for other law enforcement calls.

2:44 p.m.- East Front Street, St. John. Deputy received a report of an intoxicated person trying to get in their vehicle, the Deputy responded and contacted the subject.

4:33 p.m.- East Front Street, St. John. Deputy received a report of a subject speeding, the Deputy contacted the reporting party.

8:22 p.m.- Weber Road and Johnson Road, Pullman. Deputy received a report of a suspicious vehicle, the Deputy

9:22 p.m.- Weber Road and Johnson Road, Pullman. Deputy received a report of a suspicious vehicle, the Deputy responded and located the vehicle.

10:30 p.m.- Steptoe. Deputy requested a case number for a sex offense.

Dec. 16

7:39 a.m.- Sand Road, Pullman. Deputy responded to a one vehicle accident. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

9:03 a.m.- North Madison Street, Tekoa. Deputy responded to a report of a physical altercation between two residents.

9:36 a.m.- North 3rd Street, Garfield. Deputy requested a case for a DARE presentation.

9:55 a.m.- North Madison Street, Tekoa. Deputy responded to a 911 call. Deputy determined there was no emergency.

12:10 p.m.- Old Moscow Road, Pullman. Deputy responded to a 911 call, and determined there was no emergency.

12:48 p.m.- Parvin Road, Palouse. Deputy, Fire and EMS responded to a one vehicle rollover, and there were no patient transports.

1:56 p.m.- Hume Road and McCroskey Road, Colfax. Deputy responded to a one vehicle slide off.

3:07 p.m.- North Madison Street, Tekoa. Deputy responded to an APS referral.

4:31 p.m.- North Madison Street, Tekoa. Deputy responded to a 911 call, and determined there was no emergency.

5:34 p.m.- North Madison Street, Tekoa. Deputy requested a case for an APS referral.

6:53 p.m.- North Mill Street, Colfax. Deputy requested a case for a citizen ride.

7:16 p.m.- Fairgrounds Road, Colfax. WSP and EMS responded to a one vehicle accident, there were no patient transports.

10:45 p.m.- SR 270 and SR 195, Pullman. Deputy responded to assist the Garfield PD.

Dec. 17

12:20 a.m.- South Grand Avenue and Southeast Paradise Street, Pullman. Katrina A Shrubb, 32, of Pomeroy was arrested for driving under the influence.

9:57 a.m.- Sand Road, Pullman. Deputy responded to a report of a suspicious subject in the area, the subject was contacted and was in the area bird watching.

9:57 p.m.- South Montgomery Street, Uniontown. Deputy responded to a report of suspicious activity in the area, and checked the area and did not locate any problem.

11:12 p.m.- Country Club Road, Pullman. Deputy responded to a one vehicle slide off.

11:53 p.m.- North Lake Street, Tekoa. Deputy responded to a subject making suicidal attempts.

Dec. 18

9:11 p.m.- Hilty Road, Colfax. Deputy responded to a report of a suspicious subject in the area.

Dec. 19

10:04 a.m.- Lake Street, Tekoa. Deputy and the Coroner responded to a suicide.

10:32 a.m.- Jackson Street, Oakesdale. Deputy received a report of a subject that moved and left their animals behind.

1:58 p.m.- North Madison Street, Tekoa. Deputy received a report of cigarettes that were stolen.

2:59 p.m.- South Josephine Avenue, Rosalia. Deputy responded to a welfare check and contacted the subject.

3:32 p.m.- West Fairview Street, Colfax. The Sheriff’s Chaplain requested a case number for a transportation detail.

3:54 p.m.- SR 195 and Trestle Creek Road, Thornton. Deputy requested a case number for a traffic violation.

4:00 p.m.- Whitman Avenue, Rosalia. Deputy responded to a report of a possible domestic dispute.

4:50 p.m.- Rosalia. Deputy received a request for contact, and contacted the reporting party.
