COLFAX – The Whitman County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls from Dec. 27 to Jan. 2:

7:04 a.m.- Dry Creek Road, Colfax. Deputy responded to a report of standing water on the roadway, and placed flares in the area and contacted the road department.
9:51 a.m.- North Mill Street, Colfax. Deputy requested a case for property damage.
12:40 p.m.- West Church Street, Uniontown. Deputy responded to a domestic dispute.
3:50 p.m.- North Mill Street, Colfax. Deputy requested a case for malicious mischief.
5:29 p.m.- SR 27, Palouse. Deputy responded to a disabled vehicle.
5:54 p.m.- East Pine Street, Farmington. Deputy requested a case for a public program.

4:38 a.m.- Palouse Albion Road, Palouse. Deputy responded to a 911 call, and determined there was no emergency.
9:00 a.m.- Endicott Road, Endicott. Deputy responded to a 911 call, and determined there was no emergency.
12:47 p.m.- North Madison Street, Tekoa. Deputy responded to an APS referral.
12:48 p.m.- North Madison Street, Tekoa. Deputy responded to an APS referral.

2:13 p.m.- SR 195 and Shawnee Road, Colfax. Deputy responded to a report of an erratically driven vehicle, which was stopped and the driver was contacted.
4:22 p.m.- South Whitman Avenue, Rosalia. Deputy responded to a report of found ammunition.
4:24 p.m.- North Mill Street, Colfax. Douglas A. Lampi, 47, of Spokane was arrested on a warrant.
5:51 p.m.- South Montgomery Street, Uniontown. Deputy responded to a report of a suspicious message in the area.
6:18 p.m.- North Mill Street, Colfax. Deputy requested a case for a citizen assist.
8:03 p.m.- SR 195 milepost 47, Colfax. Leonard J. Dunkle, 57, Colfax was arrested for driving with license suspended.
Dec. 29
10:13 a.m.- South Star Avenue, LaCrosse. Deputy responded to a report of a possible domestic dispute.
10:36 a.m.- North 1st street, Farmington. Sheriff responded to a report of an assault.
2:07 p.m.- North Mill Street, Whitman County Sheriff, Colfax. Officer requested a case number for fingerprints.
3:35 p.m.- SR 27, Pullman. Deputy received a report of a customer yelling, and contacted the reporting party.
3:38 p.m.- South Hill Avenue, LaCrosse. Deputy received a report of a suspicious subject, and contacted the reporting party.
6:47 p.m.- West Fairview Street, Colfax. Deputy received a report of a medical emergency, the call was handled by EMS.
7:01 p.m.- Long Hollow Road, Colfax. Deputy requested a case number for a storage shed that was burglarized.
9:38 p.m.- Wexler Road and Whelan Road, Pullman. Deputy requested a case number for an abandoned vehicle.
Dec. 30
5:09 a.m.- Palouse Albion Road, Pullman. Deputy responded to a 911 call, and determined there was no emergency.
6:06 a.m.- B Street, Endicott. Deputy responded to speak with a citizen requesting assistance with a PTSD issue.
11:55 a.m.- South Crosby Street, Tekoa. Deputy responded to a hit and run accident. All involved parties were contacted.
12:03 p.m.- North Mill Street, Colfax. Front Office unregistered a sex offender that moved out of the county.
12:25 p.m.- North D Street, Albion. Deputy responded to a welfare check. The subject was contacted, and had someone coming to take care of her.
1:42 p.m.- East Woodworth Street, Uniontown. Scott M. Christian, 51, of Uniontown was arrested for a domestic dispute.
2:35 p.m.- North Mill Street, Colfax. The Front Office provided fingerprint services.
4:03 p.m.- Steptoe Butte State Park Road, Oakesdale. Deputy responded to assist a motorist stuck in the snow.
4:04 p.m.- 9th street, Clarkston. A violated court order case was generated in error.
5:11 p.m.- Warren Road, Pullman. Idrissa Sall, 24, of Federal was arrested for burglary.
7:27 p.m.- North Proctor Street, Palouse. Deputy responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle, checked the area and was unable to locate the vehicle.
11:49 p.m.- North Madison Street, Tekoa. Deputy responded to a 911 call, and determined there was no emergency.
Dec. 31
6:11 a.m.- North Crosby Street, Tekoa. Deputy responded to a 911 call, and determined the call was a phone line issue.
9:18 a.m.- South Truax Street, Tekoa. Deputy responded to a child custody issue.
1:24 p.m.- Margin Street, Endicott. Deputy responded to a 911 call, and determined the call was a phone line issue.
4:07 p.m.- Kitzmiller Road, Pullman. Deputy responded to a trespassing complaint.
5:09 p.m.- North Mill Street, Colfax. Deputy requested a case for a citizen rider.
7:39 p.m.- North Madison Street, Tekoa. Deputy and EMS responded to a report of a disorderly patient. The subject was transported to the hospital via ambulance.
11:08 p.m.- Northeast Whitman Street and Northeast Kamiaken Street, Pullman. April D. Kinkade, 44, of Moscow was cited and released for a traffic violation.

3:58 p.m.- SR 194 and Kamerrer Road, Pullman. Deputy responded to assist the Washington State Patrol.
8:23 p.m.- West Pearl Street, Oakesdale. Deputy responded to a 911 call, and determined the call was a phone line issue.
Jan. 2
3:29 a.m.- Manning Road, Colfax. Deputy responded to assist the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.
7:25 a.m.- SR 195 and Kirkendahl Road, Pullman. Deputy provided a citizen with a courtesy transport.
11:05 a.m.- South Willson Road, St. John. Deputy responded to a burglary alarm, the home was checked and found to be secure.
12:18 p.m.- West Bridge Street, Tekoa. Deputy responded to a 911 call.
4:45 p.m.- Garfield Farmington Road and Whitman Street, Farmington. Deputy responded to a report of stray pigs running in the roadway.
6:13 p.m.- North 2nd Street, Garfield. Deputy responded to a welfare check, the subject was contacted and was fine.
