Pullman man accused of molestation

COLFAX — Former Pullman downtown businessman, Victor Hudak, 52, stood trial in Whitman County Superior Court for felony 1st degree molestation.

Court Administrator/Drug Court Coordinator, Lorena Lynch confirmed Tuesday, Jan. 17 at 1:15 p.m. that jurors were still being picked for the case.

Hudak was arrested by Pullman Police in July after he reportedly grabbed an 11 year old girl on her buttocks. The victim and her 6 year old step sister told police Hudak had approached them at a park and molested the girl while trying to help her climb a tree, according to reports.
