Company aims to highlight their "farm to glass" approach to brewing

PALOUSE - The Palouse Brewing Company, located at 335 Main Street in Palouse opened Friday, Jan. 20 at 4 p.m.

Head of Brewing Operations Bill Dernell was performing his craft Wednesday, Jan. 23, when our staff stopped by. Dernell mentioned that the batch they had done prior was crafted with city water, and ended up not tasting satisfactory to the brew masters. With the current batch they were working on, they sourced and brought in water from a local farm.
