COLFAX – The Whitman County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls from Jan. 24 to Jan. 30:

Jan. 24

3:18 a.m.- Heise Road, Farmington. Deputies responded to a report of a subject taking RP’s vehicle without permission.

9:08 a.m.- Pullman Albion Road, towards Albion from Pullman, Pullman. Deputy responded to a report of a traffic violation, and was unable to locate the vehicle.

9:28 a.m.- 322 Fairgrounds Road. Deputies responded to a report of a theft at the fairgrounds.

9:42 a.m.- 411 North Mill Street, Whitman County Sheriff, Colfax. The Sheriff’s Office registered a level 2 sex offender moving into the county.

2:15 p.m.- 411 North Mill Street, Colfax. Deputies registered a level 1 sex offender living in Whitman County.

4:35 p.m.- 330 North Madison Street, Tekoa Care Center, Tekoa. Deputies responded to a report of a fight between two residents.

9:48 p.m.- SR 195 milepost 59, Thornton. Deputy requested a case for DWLS, and a report was taken.

Jan. 25

8:25 a.m.- Albion. Deputy received a report of a possible sex offense.

11:05 a.m.- Oakesdale Road, milepost 5, Oakesdale. Deputy received a report of a vehicle in the ditch, WSP responded and handled the call.

11:20 a.m.- Huntley Road, Colfax. Deputy received a report of a 911 hang up.

11:32 a.m.- 411 North Mill Street, Colfax. The Sheriff’s Officer requested a case number for fingerprints.

1:07 p.m.- B Street, Endicott. Deputy responded to a civil standby.

3:54 p.m.-411 North Mill Street, Coflax. The Sheriff’s Officer requested a case number for a sex offender registration.

4:22 p.m.- South Whitman Avenue, Rosalia. Deputy responded to a report of a suspicious subject.

4:50 p.m.- North 4th Street and West Lincoln Street, Garfield. Deputy arrested Sabra Anne Stringer-Martin, 33, on a felony warrant.

7:01 p.m.- B Street, Endicott. Deputy received a report of a possible order violation, and was assigned for investigation.

7:30 p.m.- North 3rd Street, Oakesdale. Deputy responded to a report of a possible burglary.

10:30 p.m.- North Grand Avenue, Pullman. Deputy arrested Ian Lee Moseley, 32, on a misdemeanor warrant.

12:14 a.m.- Northeast Broadway Avenue, Malden. Deputy responded to a report of a neighbor dispute.

8:13 a.m.- Union Street, Colton High School, Colton. Deputy requested a case number for DARE.

8:15 a.m.- North Mill Street, Whitman County Sheriff, Colfax. Deputy requested a case number.

10:22 a.m.- North Mill Street, Whitman County Sheriff, Colfax. The Sheriff’s Officer requested a case number for fingerprints.

10:52 a.m.- South Lindsey Street, Tekoa. Deputy requested a case number for a civil call.

12:38 p.m.- West McCoy Street, Oakesdale School, Oakesdale. Deputy requested a case for DARE.

12:57 p.m.- SR 195, Colton. The Sheriff assisted APS.

2:38 p.m.- East Pine Street, Farmington. Deputy arrested Tahnee Adel Klimko, 31, on an out of county warrant.

2:58 p.m.- North Mill Street, Whitman County Sheriff, Colfax. Officer requested a case number.

3:10 p.m.- South Main Street, Colfax. Deputy arrested Marcus Allan Snell, 25, on a misdemeanor warrant.

3:14 p.m.- SR 27, Tekoa. Deputy arrested Chirstopher Wayne Atkins, 46, for driving while license suspended 3rd.

4:05 p.m.- North F Street, Albion. Deputy requested a case number for civil calls.

4:42 p.m.- Pullman Albion Road, Pullman. Deputy received a report of a burglary, and was assigned for investigation.

6:30 p.m.- Westacott Road, Garfield. Deputy responded to a report of a burglary alarm.

7:57 p.m.- B Street, Endicott. Deputy responded to a report of an order violation.

8:05 p.m.- East Church Street, Palouse. Deputy responded to a report of a one vehicle accident, and a deputy was assigned for investigation.

4:28 a.m.- B Street, Endicott. Deputy responded to a welfare check.

6:41 a.m.- North Mill Street, Colfax. Deputy requested a case for other law enforcement calls.

6:48 a.m.- B Street, Endicott. Joshua O. Johnson, 45, of Endicott was arrested for violating a court order.

8:10 a.m.- Hume Road, Oakesdale. Deputy responded to a one vehicle slide off.

9:33 a.m.- East Warren Street, Tekoa. Deputy responded to a 911 call, and determined there was no emergency.

1:54 p.m.- West Railroad Avenue and North Sheridan Street, Tekoa. Kristen J. Johnson, 31, of Spokane Valley was arrested for DWLS.

4:16 p.m.- G Street, Endicott. Deputy responded to a report of dirt bikes being driven erratically.

5:01 p.m.- North Madison Street, Tekoa. Deputy responded to an APS referral.

5:18 p.m.- North Mill Street, Colfax. Deputy requested a case for other law enforcement calls.

6:13 p.m.- West Bridge Street, Tekoa. Deputy responded to a report of a suspicious male in the area, and the deputy provided the male a courtesy transport to Pullman.

8:14 p.m.- Pine City Malden Road, Malden. Deputy responded to a report of a vehicle stuck in the mud, which was able to get unstuck.

12:31 a.m.- Northeast Merman Drive and Northeast Valley Road, Pullman. Ciarra Mari A. Caday, 20, of Pullman was arrested for DUI.

2:21 a.m.- Northeast Merman Drive and Northeast Valley Road, Pullman. Sydney I Thrall, 21, of Pullman was arrested for a DUI.

12:27 p.m.- Whelan Road, Pullman. Deputy contacted a citizen with questions regarding his vehicle.

1:09 p.m.- Albion. Deputy contacted a citizen referencing a civil matter.

2:17 p.m.- 3rd Street, Endicott. Deputy responded to a report of dog neglect, and the animal owner was contacted.

5:22 p.m.- North Main Street, Colfax. Stanley R Staves, 52, of Colfax was cited and released for a traffic violation.

7:12 p.m.- SR 195, Colfax. Hannal L Theisen, 26, of Spoake was cited and released for DWLS.

8:46 p.m.- West Bluff Street, Tekoa. Kari L Merry, 54, of Tekoa was arrested for a domestic dispute.

1:38 a.m.- Northeast Terre View Drive, Pullman. Deputy responded to assist the Pullman PD.

2:01 a.m.- Northeast Stadium Way and Northeast Lake Street, Pullman. Clint W Fiala, 18, of Duvall was arrested for a DUI.

8:37 a.m.- Pullman Albion Road and Banner Road, Pullman. Calvin L. Barlow, 26, of Idaho was cited and released for a traffic violation.

9:48 a.m.- North Mill Street, Palouse. Deputy requested a case for theft of an automobile.

10:08 a.m.- Kerns Avenue, Steptoe. Deputy responded to a deceased subject.

11:09 a.m.- Wawawai Pullman Road and SR 194, Pullman. Deputy responded to a welfare check.

2:56 p.m.- South Main Street, columbia bank, Colfax. Deputies assisted the Colfax PD with a call.

9:17 p.m.- West A Street, area, LaCrosse. Deputies assisted a citizen that had gas pump related issues.
