May 8th 1988 – Jan 31st 2023, born in Seattle by way of his home, Colfax, WA. He lived most of his adult life in Portland, Oregon. Jon was adventurous (having a sky diving certificate to prove it), LOUD, always laughing, and had a positive spirit. He enjoyed long walks in the city as well as even longer walks out in nature. He loved to travel and was looking to travel more in his future. He is survived by his loving husband, Antonio Bennett. As well as his Father David Bennett & Mother Dawn Heiydt. Also surviving is his brother Jared Morton-Mc'cabe, half-sister Angelica R. Bennett & step siblings Taylor Heyidt, Alexa Heyidt. He will be joining his sisters Megann Bennett and Michaela D. Bennett who preceded him in death. A time for stories and remembrances will be at the Corbeill Funeral home on Saturday, February 11th at 2:00 PM (109 N Mill St, Colfax, WA 99111) Viewing and burial at the Colfax Cemetery will follow the service.
