Quad City Drug Task Force drug bust catches dealer

3000 suspected fentanyl pills and more seized

CLARKSTON –– A Clarkston man was arrested on the felony charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (Fentanyl), Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, and Possession of Stolen Property. Monte D. Clark (36), of Clarkston, was discovered by detectives from the Quad Cities Drug Task Force (QCDTF) and is a known felon with a lengthy criminal history.

Detectives from the Quad Cities Drug Task Force, with assistance from the Clarkston Police Department and Lewiston Police Department, executed a narcotics-related search warrant Friday, June 9, in the morning at a residence in the 1100 block of Boston Street in Clarkston.

During the execution of the warrant, detectives located and seized approximately 3000 suspected fentanyl pills, methamphetamine, and cocaine. Authorities also found a stolen firearm believed to have been taken from a residence in Spokane.

As a result, detectives booked Clark into the Asotin County Jail.
