Oct. 12, 1981 - Sept. 3, 2023
Justin James Hardgrove, 41, passed away suddenly on Sept. 3, 2023, in Dayton, Wash. He will be laid to rest next to his mother and grandparents with a graveside memorial at the Colfax Cemetery in Colfax, Washington.
Justin was born in Spokane, Wash., to James and Wendy Hardgrove (Burlingame) on Oct. 12, 1981. Not one to sit idle, Justin loved the outdoors and could often be found camping, hiking, and exploring new places in Washington, Idaho, and Oregon with Tina and their family. He often made unannounced visits and did check-ins with family and friends. These visits will be sorely missed. He was very proud and often bragged of his garden. Justin loved to describe how he raised it from the "hot, rocky, dry soil of his yard". Justin was an incredibly loving man with a generous heart. He could fill a room with joy and laughter with his presence alone.
He will be fiercely missed by his family, siblings, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, many many cousins, and too many friends to count. His bright spark has left us too soon. Rest easy dear Justin, you will be sorely missed.
Justin is survived by his loving wife Tina, his sons Jack Hardgrove, Jacob Fronterhouse, and Zachary (Colby) Uhrick, granddaughters Alana and Remi (who called Justin "pop-pop"), his father James Hardgrove, sisters Heidi White, Heather Hardgrove, Katie Rohrich, Deana Burlingame, and his brother Cody Rohrich. Justin was preceded in death by his mother Wendy Burlingame in 1998.
Memorial services will be held Oct. 12th at 11 a.m. at the Colfax cemetery. Immediately following the services there will be a potluck at the Eagles in Colfax. Donations in memory of Justin can be made to a GoFundMe page - Organized by Heather Hardgrove. Thank you for all your support during this difficult time.
