COLFAX—The Whitman County Jail reported the following individuals booked from Oct. 2 – Oct. 10:
Oct. 3
Rafael Villegas Arcigas, 42, DUI, hit and run unattended vehicle. $3,000 bond or $3,000 cash bail through Yakima Municipal Court.
Michael Timothy Haybraft, 55, reckless driving. $1,000 bond or $1,000 cash through Spokane County District Court.
Oct. 4
Levi August Anderson, 19, assault in the 4th. $500 cash bail only through District Court.
Kellen Michael Vorderbrueggen, 33, knowingly possessing meth, and hydrocodone. $1,000 bond or $1,000 cash bail through District Court.
Anthany Jean Huerta, 29, theft warrant. Huerta is being held on a $10,000 bond or $1,000 cash bail through Whitman County Superior Court.
Mitchell Anthony Symonds, 31, theft in the 3rd, and criminal trespass in the 2nd. Symonds is being held on a $10,000 bond or $1,000 cash bail through District Court.
Andrew Jason Williams, 37, grand theft warrant. Williams is being held on a $50,000 bond through 1st Judicial District of Idaho Burglary.
Oct. 5
Lameece Nicole Dillsi, 50, 3 counts of controlled substances including fentanyl, heroin, and meth. Dillsi is being held without bail through Whitman County Superior Court.
Oct. 6
Wescott Andrew Titus, 33, controlled substance, and theft in the 3rd degree. Titus is being held on a $25,000 bond or $1,000 cash bail through Whitman County District Court, and without bail through Superior Court.
Gerardo Juan Trejo Perez, 33, child molestation 3rd degree. Perez is being held without bail through Superior Court.
Oct. 7
Austin Adlai Gunnels, 22, intimidating a witness, malicious mischief 3rd degree. Gunnels is being held without bail through Superior Court.
Kenneth Loyd Himes, 44, assault 2nd degree substantial bodily harm. Himes is being held without bail through Superior Court.
Donald Michael Rosser, 37, 2 counts of controlled substance methamphetamine, and fentanyl. Rosser is being held without bail through Superior Court.
Oct. 8
Destiny Marie Zepeda, 22, assault 3rd degree. Zepeda is being held without bail through Superior Court.
Chad Michael Breshears, 47, department of corrections hold. Breshears is being held without bail through other court.
Oct. 9
Michael John Montejano, 32, federal violation. Montejano is being held without bail through Federal Court.
Kyle Ray Phillips, 29, residential burglary, stalking. Phillips is being held without bail through Superior Court.
Marie Ae Nana Strebeck, 54, criminal trespass 2nd degree and stalking. Strebeck is being held on a $750 bond or $750 cash bail through District Court.
Oct. 10
Christopher Andrew Brecht, 36, DUI. Brecht’s good time release is Oct. 11, at 7 a.m.
