Colfax Bulldogs football out matched by Crusaders

Will host final game of season this Saturday in Colfax

OAKESDALE — The Oakesdale Nighthawks (24-4, 12-0 in districts) finished off their regular season with a perfect record after they defeated the Dayton Bulldogs in straight sets.

The game was played on Tuesday, Oct. 24, and took place in Dayton.

With the win, the Nighthawks are undefeated in district play for the fourth-straight season.

Set scores in the match were all heavily in favor of Oakesdale: 25-10, 25-3, 25-9,

Payton Davis would lead all attackers with 22 kills and nine aces. Bradyn Henley would have two blocks in the game as well.

The Nighthawks were able to get some other players involved in the match, and the heavily contributed to the success for Oakesdale in the game.

Grace Perry had four digs, and Megan Crider had 22 assists for Oakesdale.
