Jonathan Garcia-Gamino, 23. Warrant Adams county. Held without bail through Whitman County Superior Court.
Ashley Illene Massie, 29. Driving under the influence. $500 bond or $500 cash bail through Whitman County District Court.
Joel Edward Titchenal, 62. Driving under the influence. Good time release Thursday, Nov. 16 at 9:45 a.m.

Adrian Fernando Duran Gonzales, 19. Robbery second degree, unlawful imprisonment, theft 1st degree, assault 4th degree. Held without bail through Whitman County Superior Court.

Catherynne Nicole Starks, 37. Controlled substance. Held without bail through Whitman County Superior Court.
Daniel Christopher Dunlap, 42. Driving with license suspended 3rd degree, and knowingly possessing meth. $10,000 bond or $1,000 cash bail through Whitman County District Court.
