Christopher Andrew Russell, 42. Malicious mischief 3rd degree. Held without bail through District Court.

James Edward Ballou, 58, driving while license suspended 3 rd degree, three counts of knowingly possessing a controlled substance. Held on a $1,750 bond or $1,750 cash bail through District Court.
