Bulldog boys survive

COLFAX — As the first half of the 2023-24 season came to an end, the Colfax boys basketball team set their sights on a season for the record books.

The calendar reset, with 2024 underway, and the Bulldogs are a perfect 10-0.

The team played two games over the holiday break, one against Newport, the other against Rogers.

The game against Newport was played on Wednesday, Dec. 27, in Newport, and saw the Bulldogs completely dominate the game, routing Newport 67-18 for a 49-point victory.

The margin of victory was their largest margin of victory of the season to date.
