Volunteer organization has raised funds for the hospital since 1954

COLFAX— The Whitman Hospital and Medical Clinics (WHMC) Auxiliary has donated or raised over $500,000 for the hospital since it was established in 1954.

The current President of the WHMC Auxiliary, Robin Trampoch, said that the auxiliary is a volunteer organization.

“We are a fund-raising group to provide funds for several things,” Trampoch said, noting that they hold fundraisers throughout the year, including a spring and a fall flower bulb sale, a winter quilt raffle, and a raffle of holiday baskets.
