Play will mark the first program of inaugural season
PULLMAN — Pullman’s new theatrical ensemble, The Gladish Players, announced the launch of their season with a production of “The Glass Menagerie”.
“The Glass Menagerie” will see its opening on Saturday, Feb. 24, beginning at 7:30 pm and Sunday, 25, at 3 pm in the Gladish View Room, 115, Northwest State Street with doors opening 30 minutes before the show.
“We are thrilled to present ‘The Glass Menagerie’ as the first production of our inaugural season,” said Artistic Director of the Gladish Players Kristin Lincoln, adding that the play has stood the test of time and continues to resonate with audiences as it explores human relationships and the pursuit of one’s dreams. “It sets the stage for what we believe will be an extraordinary season of theatrical excellence,” Lincoln said.
Directed by Sam Opdahl, the play is written by Tennessee Williams and explores themes of family, dreams, and the delicate balance between reality and illusion.
The Gladish Players started with the mission to bring outstanding and diverse theatrical experiences to Pullman. They are preparing to captivate audiences with performances that they hope will leave them entertained and inspired.
