March 12

Michael John Montejano, 33, federal violation. Held without bail through Federal Court.

Donald Eugene Rohwer, 41, warrant possession of stolen property. Bail set at $1,000 through other court.

March 14

Ayvree Rylor Walchli, 18, driving under the influence and driving without a license.Bail set at $750 through District Court.

Armand Lestat Funkhouser, 23, obstructing a law enforcement officer. Good time release was at 1:30 p.m. March 15.

March 17

Matthew Thomas Flory, 38, warrant for take/conceal or kill pets, warrant for harassment, obstructing law enforcement officer, and possession of dangerous weapons. Held on a $20,000 bail through District Court.

Michael Steven Whatley, 40, fourth-degree assault. Held without bail through District Court.

March 18

Adam Nathan Edward Barber, 38, felony driving while under the influence. Held without bail through Superior Court.

Jonathon Edlore Patten, 46, warrants for third-degree driving while license suspended and remove firewood without license. Held on a $3,100 bail Stevens County District Court.
