RESOLUTION NO. 2024-03

A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF Endicott, WASHINGTON, establishing a new monthly rate for water service to properties.

BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Endicott as follows:

The following rates and charges are Hydro Meter Rates for 2024 furnished by the Town for Town of Endicott properties: Effective May 1, 2024.

Hydro Meter Rates 2024 $50.00 Deposit (The deposit will be returned upon return of the meter) $25.00 Flat Fee Use Rate $1.50 I 1000 gallons. Starting at zero gallons.

Note: If the meter is damaged or not returned a bill for $900.00 will be sent to the billing company listed on the Hydro Meter Rental Sheet and the $50.00 deposit will be kept.

PASSED at a regular meeting of the Town Council Held on the 12th day of March 2024.
