RESOLUTION NO. 2024-05

A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF Endicott, WASHINGTON, establishing a new monthly fee to water service to properties.

BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Endicott as follows: Effective May 1, 2024. A Yard Waste Dumping Fee of $0.50 per water meter service shall be added to

the monthly utility bill.

The fee will be used for the fuel cost of the Town of Endicott to haul the yard waste to the Whitman County Landfill. Allowing Town of Endicott constituents to haul yard waste to the sewer plant yard waste pile located by the sewer plant. Only the following yard waste items are allowed to be dumped:

Branches up to 6 inches in diameter.

Grass Clippings

Leaves

Plant Based Yard Waste

Garden Waste

Items NOT ALLOWED to be dumped:

Hay Bales

Furniture

Garbage

Appliances

Anything that is not yard waste.
