COLFAX — Whitman County Commissioners held a lengthy discussion about plans for the Monday, April 29, meeting to have presentations regarding county code and the proposed Wind Turbine project near Kamiak Butte.

During the regular county commissioner workshop, Monday, April 22, Commissioner Art Swannack mentioned plans for the April 29 meeting, and possibly having a later meeting so that community members could express their views.
