April 16

Ashley Sophia Muongmany, 33, knowingly possessing a controlled substance, heroine. Held without bail through Superior Court.

April 17

Mikey Dale Taylor, 18, take vehicle without permission first degree, attempting to elude police vehicle. Held without bail through Superior Court.

April 19

William Cody Lord, 22, residential burglary, malicious mischief 3rd degree. $10,000 bond or $1,000 cash bail through Superior Court.

Lowen Patrick McCormack, 27, assault 2nd degree strangulation/domestic violence. Goodtime release 7:10 a.m., June 10, 2024.

Marcus Luis Neville, 18, stalking reduced charge harassment domestic violence. Good time release 12:07 a.m., April 27.

Jeremy John Wright, 48, federal violation. Held without bail through Federal Court.

April 20

Steven Adrian Alura Landers, 34, warrant theft 3rd degree. $5,000 bond or $500 cash bail through District Court.

April 21

Brandon Edward Rivas, 33, warrant hit and run unattended vehicle. $250 bond or $250 cash bail through Spokane County District Court. On other charges 7:22 a.m. controlled substance fentanyl with intent to deliver, knowing possessing methamphetamine, driving while license suspended 3rd degree. Held without bail through Superior Court.

Diana Mulugheta Tsegay, 24, assault 4th degree. Held without bail through District Court.

Khaled Mesur Yosuf, 20, warrant reckless driving, driving with license suspended 3rd degree. $25,100 bond or $25,100 cash bail through Kittitas County District Court.

April 22

Cole Ramon Berry, 44, use possession of loaded firearm, controlled substance knowingly possessing methamphetamine, firearm possession unlawful 1st degree. Good time release 8:53 a.m. October 17.

April 23

Brandon Allen Bagley, 29, malicious mischief 3rd degree, domestic violence. Held without bail through Garfield County District Court.
