Colfax shine at home MacDougall Invite

COLFAX - The Colfax Bulldogs track and field team stood tall on home soil Saturday, April 20, taking home a fourth-place finish for the boys team in the MacDougall Invite.

The girls team took seventh on the day as well.

Of the 20 boys teams, Lakeside (Nine Mile) took first with 194.5 team points. The Garfield-Palouse Vikings took ninth with 28 team points, followed by the St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse Eagles with 20 team points.

The Oakesdale Nighthawks scored four team points, and the Tekoa-Rosalia Timberwolves scored three team points.

For the girls, the overall winner was Lakeside again, scoring 197.5 team points. The Viking girls took fifth with their 49 team points, and the Nighthawks scored 40 team points, followed by 37 from the Bulldogs.

The Eagles scored 12 team points, followed by one from the Timberwolves.
