Colfax boys placed second overall in home meet

COLFAX - The Garfield-Palouse Viking girls track and field team dominated in Colfax yet again, this time taking home the girls championship with 119 team points.
The meet was held in Colfax on Tuesday, April 23.
The Colfax Bulldogs girls took third with 96 team points, followed by the Oakesdale Nighthawks in fifth with 66 team points.
St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse finished eighth with 36 team points.
For the boys, the Bulldogs took second with 78 team points, followed by 57 points from the Eagles.
The Vikings finished sixth with 48 points, followed by the Nighthawks with 37 team points.
