May 1

Carmelita Christine Nahsonhoya, 34, warrant for theft third, criminal trespass 1 st, theft third. Held through District Court on $500 cash bail.

May 2

Francisco Montalbo Ayala, 45, Federal violation. Held without bail through Federal Court.

Nicholas Joseph Kloepfel, 40, federal violation. Held without bail through Federal Court.

May 3

Randy Allen Rush, 47, DUI, Driving while license suspended 3rd degree. Goodtime release November 3, at 5:30 p.m.

May 4

Ryan Richard Cosgrove, 36, warrants for false statements to law enforcement officer, and two NCO violations. Held on a$30,000 bond $3,000 cash bail through District Court.

Graham Jeffrey Flatt, 24, assault 2nd degree and assault 4th degree. Held without bail through Superior Court.

May 7

Colton Daniel Nachtwey, 33, assault 4th degree, and unlawful imprisonment. Held without bail through Superior Court.
