WSU appoints a new director

PULLMAN — A local restaurateur and Washington State University (WSU) professor has been appointed as the next director of the WSU School of Hospitality Business Management.

Jim Harbour, of Pullman, will start the new position later in the summer on Friday, August 16. He has been on the faculty for nearly 20 years.

Harbour co-owns and operates the South Fork and Round Top Public House restaurants, Porch Light Pizza and Fork in the Road Catering.
