Rosalia awards students

Many awards given to elementary school students

ROSALIA - An Elementary Awards Assembly was held last week.

Elementary students were recognized for their academic achievements including the PAW awards or Positive, respectful, school-spirit, going above and beyond.

Other awards included the achievement in math and reading for spending more than 10 months of growth throughout the year; work ethic; and the PAW award meeting all three areas including positive, achievement, work ethic.

Other awards included physical education, and attendance with absence of no more than five days.

"Read to Ride: Silverwood" was acquired by reading more than 10 hours above and beyond on their homework.

The Rosalia Garden Club winners for the Pollinator Poster contest were Rafael Ciesielski in 1st place and a tie for second with Tres Lindhag and kira Phillips-Cardon.

Winners of the Garden Clubs recycled sculpture contest was Isabella Stephens and Eva Dickinson.

The AR reading awards were students who met their fourth quarter AR goal.
