PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a receiver was appointed over the assets of Breckenridge Group Pullman WA, LLC, whose last known address is 1301 S Capital of Texas Hwy, Suite B201, W Lake Hills, Texas 78746-6502 on May 29, 2024. The receivership property is commonly known as Aspen Heights Pullman and is located at 3125 Cottonwood Lane, Pullman, Washington 99163.

YOU ARE HEREBY FURTHER NOTIFIED that in order to receive any dividend in this proceeding you must file proof of claim with the court no later than the following dates: unsecured claims must be filed within 30 days after the date of this notice and secured claims must be filed within 90 days of the May 29, 2024 Court Order. If you are a state agency, you must file proof of claim with the receiver within 180 days after the date of this notice. A copy of your claim must also be either mailed to or served upon the receiver.
