Kevin Dwight Tysinger, 45, warrant for assault 4 th degree, domestic violence through Spokane County Superior Court and warrant for no contact, protection order through Spokane District Court. Held without bail through Spokane Court.

Sierra Kalynn Velez, 36, warrant washington department of correction secretary warrant stalking. Held without bail through Department of Corrections.

Jesse Ray Messer, 46, sex offender felon fail to register two priors. Held without bail through Superior Court.

Jesse Ray Messer, 46, Sex Offender Felon Failure to Register with two prior offenses. Messer is held without bail through Whitman County Superior Court.

Wenjiun Lin, 36, Assault 4th Degree/Domestic Violence. Lin is held without bail through Whitman County District Court.
