NOTICE OF A CONDITIONAL USE HEARING

The public is notified of a conditional use permit request from AMS 2024 BTW-Pullman, WA LLC. The proposal is for a 28,556 square foot warehouse and distribution center on a 13.75-acre parcel in the North Pullman-Moscow Corridor District. The project location is in Section 32, Township 15N., Range 46E., W. M., Whitman County, Washington. The site address on Pullman Airport Rd. is yet to be determined.

Interested persons may submit written comments before 5:00 PM on Thursday, July 25, 2024, regarding the proposed zoning action to the County Planning Office, P.O. Box 430, Colfax, WA 99111-0430, (fax) 509-397-6210.
