COLFAX — The Whitman County Jail reported the following individuals booked from July 1 to July 8:

July 1

Cesar Augusto Marmolejos III, 38, one count Assault 1st Degree with a Deadly Weapon/Force. Marmolejos is currently being held without bail through Whitman County Superior Court.

Teressa Ann Halverson, 37, booked on a warrant from Kootenai County, one count of posession of a controlled substance. Halverson is being held without bail through the District Court of Kootenai.

July 2

Michelle Lee Silva Retana, 47, one count of WCDC FTA DWLS 3rd-degree. Silva Retana is being held on a $10,000 bond or $1,000 cash bail through Whitman County District Court.

Robert Nolan Denunzio, 22, one county of WCSC FTA-FTC Deliver controlled substance and posession of a controlled substance. Denunzio is held without bail through Whitman County Superior Court.

July 5

Larry Ray Bartlett, 61, was booked for Washington DOC Failure to Comply with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Warrant Number: CR35224713). Bartlett is held without bail through another court.

July 6

Kailey Anna McKeever, 22, was booked for Theft 3rd Degree. McKeever has a $500 cash-only bond through Whitman County District Court.

July 7

Andrea Elizabeth San Miguel, 46, was booked for Interfering with Domestic Violence Reporting and Assault 4th Degree/Domestic Violence. San Miguel is held without bail through Whitman County District Court.

Scott Douglas Tester, 64, was booked for Theft 3rd Degree. Tester is held without bail through Whitman County District Court, with a good time release date of July 17, 2024.

July 8

Joshua Duane Harrison, 47, was booked for DUI. Harrison is held without bail through Whitman County District Court.

Colton Kenneth Jacobsen, 24, was booked for DUI. Jacobsen is held without bail through Whitman County District Court.
