July 10

Jacob Kain Peckham Goad, 27, Assault 2nd Degree/Domestic Violence and Harassment Threatening to Kill/Domestic Violence. $10,000 or $1,000 cash through Whitman County Superior Court.

July 12

Quentin Marcellus Smithpierre, 25, criminal trespass 2nd degree. $5,000 bond or $500 cash bail through District Court.

July 13

Arthur Jason Ayers, 49, driving under the influence. Held without bail through District Court.

Bryson Andrew Fry, 25, burglary 1st degree, 3 counts of possession of a stolen firearm, 3 counts of theft of a firearm, and reckless endangerment. $100,000 bond or $10,000 cash bail through Superior Court.

Scott Douglas Tester, 64, theft 3rd degree. Held without bail through District Court.

July 14

Jerey Duane Beer, 47, protection order violation, domestic violence. $1,500 bond or $150 cash bail through District Court.

Jessica Annette Pelissier, 36, assault 4th degree, domestic violence, and malicious mischief 3 rd degree, domestic violence. Held without bail through District Court.

Catherynne Nicole Starks, 37, warrant controlled substance person underage. $5,000 cash only bail through Superior Court.

July 15

Daniel Bruce Barnes, 33, 2 counts of assault 4th degree, domestic violence. Held without bail through District Court.

Michael Donald Rosser, 37, 2 counts of possession stolen vehicle, 2 counts of malicious mischief 2nd degree. Held without bail through Superior Court.

Yannick Mark Rothfuss, 22, theft 3rd degree. Goodtime release date Tuesday, July 16, 10 a.m.
