PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE PUBLIC WATERS

TAKE NOTICE:

That Randolph and Kathleen Scholz of Clarkston, WA on November 13, 2020, under Surface

Water Right Application No. S3-30908, filed for a permit to appropriate public surface water,

subject to existing rights, from an unnamed spring for year-round use in the amount of .022 cubic feet per second (cfs) for in home domestic use, stock water, and seasonal use in the amount of .022 cubic feet per second (cfs) for the irrigation of two acres of lawn/garden.

The source of the proposed appropriation is located within the SW1/4. of Section 2, T. 17 N., R. 43 E.W.M., within Whitman County, WA. The proposed place of use is located within the SW1/4. of Section 2, T. 17 N., R. 43 E.W.M., within Whitman County, WA.
